Galatea is a US documented vessel based in San Blas, Nayarit, Mexico. She is ready for cruising or using as a live aboard if you are just looking for a place to stay in Mexico. The TIP (import papers) are good until 2031. This classic design is comfortable, roomy and designed for cruising anywhere. San Blas is a great location for either going north into the Sea of Cortez (Jacques Cousteau called it the aquarium of earth), across the Sea to La Paz and Cabo San Lucas, or South to the many ports and harbors of the Pacific coast of Mexico. This area is the traditional starting point for the “puddle jump” to the South Pacific.
